By using SmartGuest™ (the application), you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document. The application is owned by Digiterra Investments (Pty) Ltd (Digiterra).

The services the application provides include providing content about the hospitality provider, making reservations, checking in, confirming your check in, making in-house calls, rating and reviewing the provider, and receiving important notifications from the provider.

You are required to create an account which requires a username and password that allows you to sign in to the application whenever you want to use it. These credentials are not available to anyone other than yourself. You must keep this secret and sharing such will be at your own risk.

Use of the application to engage in illegal activities or violate the rights of others is strictly prohibited. Evidence of such will result in your expulsion from the platform.

Digiterra is committed to protecting the personal information of its users in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act) of South Africa. By using the application, you consent to the application making use of your personal information only in as much as is required for the functioning of the application. The application will only collect personal information that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary. Digiterra undertakes to: Secure the integrity and confidentiality of your personal information; Not process personal information beyond what is required for the purposes outlined above; Notify you of any breaches should such occur; Accede to requests by yourself to access your personal information record, correct details about your information record, delete your personal information record; Not use your personal information in any direct marketing activities; Ensure that any staff, suppliers, or customers comply with the act; Not pass your personal information onto third parties outside of the country without your explicit consent.

The hospitality provider owns the content presented in the application. Digiterra takes no responsibility for what is presented in this regard.

The application is provided free of charge for use by any person in public.

Digiterra reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of the terms of use or other reasons deemed appropriate.

These terms of use may be updated periodically, and users are responsible for reviewing them regularly.

This agreement is constituted under the jurisdiction of the laws and legal procedures of South Africa.

The remaining provisions will still apply if any part of the terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable.

Should the application provide external links to services (that require you to make payments, view or share any information, for example), such services are consumed outside the control of the application and Digiterra carries no responsibility in respect of these.

Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the terms of use.
